Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your RITEs, streaks, rank points, Heat multiplier, Circle memberships, and uploaded proof videos will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
How to Request Deletion

Include the email address or username linked to your RITE account
What Gets Deleted
- Account profile, display name, and login credentials
- All uploaded proof videos and photos
- Complete RITE history — challenges, streaks, and rankings
- Rank Points, Heat multiplier, and all badge progress
- Circle memberships and wager pot participation records
- Push notification tokens and device data
- Referral links and affiliate records
Data That May Be Retained
- Financial transaction records required for legal or tax compliance
- Anonymised, non-identifiable analytics data
Processing Time
Deletion requests are processed within 7–14 business days.
Some data may be retained for up to 30 days in encrypted backups before permanent removal.
